We perform third-party functional performance testing and inspections of exterior building components and assemblies. We interface with Owners and Contractors to develop quality standards and provide mock-up testing and overall inspections of the building enclosure during and after construction. Information such as photographs, maintenance, reliability of materials, workmanship, and visual appearance are compared to cost effectiveness, available labor resources, and appropriate materials.

Through testing and inspections, we ensure that the building enclosure meets industry standards, during and after construction.
